Hydraulic Workover Units (HWOU’s) should be considered the primary option for platform well Plug & Abandonments (P&A’s).  Our HWOU’s have realised many successful P&A campaigns and they are an extremely cost effective method for performing this activity as compared to conventional Jack-Up Drilling Rigs.
