The company was originally known as Imperial Snubbing Services and began operations in Australia in 1985. Imperial Snubbing Services was acquired by Superior Energy Services in 2000. To further enhance our capability, as a leading service provider to the oil & gas industry, the company acquired two local firms (Leighton Engineering & Fernbank Engineering) in 2001 & 2006 respectively. Rebranding was undertaken in 2011 and the company is now known under its current name.
